amazing stay! highly recommend
dairy-free options fresh towels really good service
i stayed there for a few days, and i gotta say the breakfast each morning was excellent. the staff made special gluten and dairy-free options for me, it was really cool. housekeeping was also super good, fresh towels always showed up like magic!
the gym equipment looked a bit old.

my room had electronic drapes and a balcony facing the pool, so cool! the bathroom includes both a walk-in shower plus a separate tub, so convenient. granite and marble throughout gave it a timeless feel, it really makes a difference.

a tender stay
warm welcome hotel tour personal touch
the staff greeted me warmly, i arrived early, and they stored my luggage. pedro, the hotel manager, gave me a tour, showing me the grounds! the marble added timeless character. they remembered my preferences every morning. the staff remembered my name.
i found the minibar only had water and i would have liked some snacks, this was a small issue though.

The hotel has a fabulous location on the sea shore. This. i could easily access both the ocean and central attractions! it was the best of both worlds.

my beautiful room was spacious. electronic drapes added convenience! the bathroom included a walk-in shower. i found fresh towels daily, also lindt chocolates during the nightly turndown service.

the breakfast buffet was excellent, i was happy. there is a spa available that includes thalassotherapy. the hotel has both an outdoor and indoor pool! the gym did seem to have limited equipment though.

the staff were very good too accommodate my dietary needs, and i am grateful. they prepared special omelets and french toast for me! the team provided consistently attentive service. the customer service was excellent!

spacious suite great location
the rooms were very spacious (especially the suite i stayed in). the location was close to the marina offering various food options and shopping.
the gym seemed a bit underequipped, offering minimal equipment.

friendly staff valet service
the staff was very friendly upon check-in. a young man brought our luggage and explained the ac and coffee maker operation. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of different foods and very attentive service. parking valet service was appreciated given difficult portugal parking.

the hotel features a clean pool area. it has ample towels and chairs for relaxation after a day of exploring. i noticed about twenty loungers around the pool. a shaded section.

filthy carpet weird stains
The staff was very cute and provided assistance when needed
The carpet in my room was very filthy. It had several weird stains that were quite off-putting I found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber This significantly impacted the overall cleanliness and comfort
